@lamb @len You can tune the Sharkey client quite a bit, it's in the settings.

The frontend itself isn't that slow, it becomes problematic when you have multiple cached pages and are using an engine with slow CSS implementation (like Firefox). That's when it starts to slow down.

The UI isn't "seizure inducing", it fully respects prefers-reduced-motion. If you know this is a problem for you, disable it in your browser.
